Top Ten Books on my Spring To-Read List

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme for list-loving bloggers that is hosted by the team over at The Broke and the Bookish. Every week, readers compile a list of their favorite books, authors, or other literature-related things that fall under a certain category.

I'm excited about today's topic because I love planning out to-read lists nearly as much as I love reading the books on said lists. Here are the top titles I plan to read this spring.

This book is actually on my currently reading—and currently loving—shelf. It's our March book club selection over on my group blog, Lit Up Review, and if you've read it, we'd love for you to join our Twitter chat on March 27 at 7p.m. EST. (Follow @LitUpReview on Twitter for more information.)

Reading a Jessica Martinez book has become something of a spring break tradition, and I am so excited to finally get around to her latest.

I adored The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, so I'm intrigued to see how the author handles science fiction.

I need to know how this series ends.

I've heard this author's writing is complex, literary, and all-around brilliant. This story, which spans four distinct time periods, sounds like it was written for me.

I'm often hooked by unique concepts, so reading this book about teens who exchange their biggest emotional burdens is a must.

This book sounds so full of life and perfect for spring.

A lesser-known chapter of history and writing in verse make this book an automatic addition to my to-read list.

My copy of this book is absolutely calling out to me from its place on my shelf.

Let's see if this book lives up to all the hype.

What books are on your to-read list this spring?

  10. The Ghosts of Heaven is absolutely amazing Emily! It's so clever and mind-boggling, and I can't wait to hear what you think of it. :)

And I am also really excited for I'll Meet You There. I loved Demetrios' previous books when I read them, so I'm crossing my fingers this one will be just as good. xD

Great choices, and thanks for sharing!
